Manufacturing Facility

Our two manufacturing units viz Unit 1 –comprising of 157,624 sft built-up on 6.25 acres and Unit 2 comprising of 61,667 sft built-up on 4.33 acres of industrial land are equipped with advanced machines and tools and are ISO 9001:2008 compliant. We have invested in the latest technology to meet the quality expectations of our customers. For example we have a precision machine shop that can machine large components to very close tolerances, a sophisticated coil shop with automation and cutting edge quality control equipment to accurately measure process standards.

Process equipment's like automatic coil taping machines, automatic coil spreading machines, modern GVPI plants for stator and rotor impregnation, high precision rotor coil brazing set up, balancing machines to balance rotors at rated speed, coil manipulator for handling stator coils etc from reputed and continuous upgrades have ensured a manufacturing facility that enables manufacture of high quality Generators.

This is supported by a separate feeder unit close by that is equipped with a modern lamination coating line and precision CNC machines for machining critical parts like shafts, pole shoes, rotor hubs, that demand close tolerance limits.
